Mission Statement

The mission of Birthday Blessings is to celebrate, inspire, and encourage homeless children, while providing fun and meaningful volunteer opportunities for both adults and youth.

Description

Birthday Blessings is a 501c3 nonprofit organization bringing birthday joy and support to homeless children and their families. We operate on the belief that every child's life deserves to be celebrated, regardless of circumstance. Birthday Blessings operates three core programs:

1. Shelter Parties: birthday celebrations at homeless shelters and housing facilities

2. Classroom Parties: birthday snack bags and party supplies for homeless elementary students

3. Blessing Baskets: Care-essentials and gifts to welcome the arrival of homeless babies

Since its inception in August of 2005, Birthday Blessings has celebrated birthdays for more than 650 homeless children, brightening the lives of thousands of needy kids and their families.
