Train to lead RSVP's award-winning Healthy Bones & Balance classes! Help seniors stay strong and active.

RSVP-trained Volunteer Leaders, 55 years or older, lead exercise classes held in senior and community centers once to three times a week in 27 area towns in the Pioneer Valley. Volunteer Leaders attend an initial training and several annual informational meetings.

Description

RSVP volunteers must be 55 years or older and volunteer in Hampden, Hampshire or Fanklin County, MA. RSVP matches a volunteer's skills and interests with community organizations in Western Massachusetts that need help. RSVP staff remains available to help volunteers achieve the most out of their service.
