ORGANIZATION: The Bridge Teen Center

  • 114 people are interested

The Bridge Teen Center is looking for volunteers to support its afterschool programs (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons from 2 pm - 6 pm) and Friday night events (7 pm - 11 pm). Establishing and deepening relationships with students is the primary focus.

Volunteers fill a few different roles. The front desk volunteer helps keep a safe and secure environment, checks students in and out, and directs phone calls. The cafe volunteer handles concessions while engaging students on their laptops. Floating volunteers rotate throughout the center and engage students in conversations and games.
