JA Speaker Series is a unique opportunity to get involved with Junior Achievement (JA) without
juggling schedule conflicts or a long-term commitment. We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers
who want to bring their real-life experiences into classrooms in Brevard County.
At this event, volunteers will talk to students about their career and life experiences for just one hour. Inspire them with your success stories and insights. Share your challenges, failures and lessons learned. No one is perfect. And no one gets to where they are today in straight line...what are your stories to share?
Today, JA reaches more than 4.8 million students per year in more than 100 markets across the
United States. This year, Junior Achievement of the Space Coast (JASC) will reach more than 13,000 Brevard students with your help.
Dates are ongoing throughout the school year.
Visit www.jaspacecoast.org for more information about JASC.

Mission Statement
It is the mission of Junior Achievement to ensure that every child has a fundamental understanding of the free enterprise system and their role in it. We educate and inspire young people to value free enterprise, business and economics, and prepare them to succeed in the global economy.
Description
JA Worldwide is the world’s largest organization dedicated to educating students about workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy through experiential, hands-on programs.
Junior Achievement programs help prepare young people for the real world by showing them how to generate wealth and effectively manage it, how to create jobs which make their communities more robust, and how to apply entrepreneurial thinking to the workplace. Students put these lessons into action and learn the value of contributing to their communities.
