HOSPICE OF NEW JERSEY Is seeking MILITARY VETERANS to visit VETERAN Hospice patients. Your visits will make a difference in the lives of another VETERAN. We Respect, comfort and provide compassionate care to our Hospice Patient Veterans daily. Veterans are given a Certificate of Honor, Letter of Thanks and American Flag pin.
Our Military Veteran Volunteers can talk, understand, and support Veterans in the way that no one else can.- Watch a TV program together for companionship and support.
- Enjoy listening to music together or play cards.
- Reminisce things you both enjoy. Your visits are a gift in itself.
We serve Veterans in: BERGEN, HUDSON, PASSAIC, ESSEX, MORRIS, SUSSEX, UNION & SOMERSET COUNTIES

Description
Hospice of New Jersey is a community based organization offering comprehensive care focused on easing the physical, emotional, and spiritual pain that often accompanies terminal illness. Hospice of New Jersey relies on our team of nurses, certified Home-health aides, doctors, social workers, volunteers, and chaplains to care for patients in their homes, Nursing Facilities, and in Assisted Living Residences.
