You can ask businesses, such as bakeries, donut shops, grocery stores, etc for their white plastic buckets.
Clean them out and bring them to World HQ.

With a little time and a lot of fun, we help Rochester's neediest neighbors
Description
We collect sample and full-sized toiletries and distribute them to human service agencies.
Clients include the homeless, sexual assault survivors, children and families in transition, survivors of domestic violence, migrant workers, and AIDs survivors.
We have distributed over 80,000 pounds of toiletries in Rochester. Sample Soap has been recognized by the Points of Light Foundation, the White House and People Magazine; we also won a national "Make a Difference Day" award.
