"Mental Wellness Through Friendship"

It is as simple as being a friend. If you have four hours a month to spend with an individual in our community who has a mental health challenge, please contact us today!

We offer ongoing training and support, as well as free and low-cost activities for you and your Compeer Friend, including tickets to local sporting events, shows, and amusement parks!

Compeer Rochester uses community volunteers to provide guidance and support to individuals who are looking to improve their well-being as a supplement to mental health treatment. For 50 years, we have helped people in our community who are isolated and lacking socialization, all through the power of 1:1 mentoring relationships.

Help us make the world less lonely! Check out our website here: https://www.compeerrochester.org/
