Marketing Communications Specialist
Make A Difference In Dayton

Help us help small businesses and nonprofits in the Dayton, OH area.
We need a person to coordinate Dayton Score small business workshops and events. This will require 2-4 hours a week and up to 8 hours when we are preparing for a special event. Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, Constant Contact email, and Zoom conferencing apps is essential to this position. Training will be provided.

SCORE has been helping Dayton small businesses and nonprofit organizations for over 50 years and has a dedicated group of business professionals that you will work with.

Location in the Dayton is preferred as we are resuming in person events in June.

SCORE volunteers enjoy leadership opportunities, public recognition; and professional and personal growth.

Description

SCORE "Counselors of America’s Small Business Owners" is a national association dedicated to helping small business owners form and grow their businesses. The Dayton Chapter of SCORE also supports local nonprofit organizations through a series of six workshops on Fundraising, Planning, Board Development, Marketing, Financial Management, and Volunteer Management. Members also provide face to face client mentoring.
