ORGANIZATION: Knots of Love, Inc.

Knots of Love
Warming hearts & heads.

Help provide warmth and comfort to people undergoing cancer treatment by knitting or crocheting lovingly handmade hats.

Since 2007, people just like you have lovingly hand-knitted and/or crocheted over 600,000 handmade creations for our unknown friends across the U.S. who are fighting for their lives.

In 2013, we expanded our mission also to deliver and give tiny hand-knit or crocheted 30" x 24" NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) blankets for struggling new lives in ICU incubators.

Every hat, every blanket makes a big and loving impact.

Help us reach and support thousands of more people undergoing treatment for cancer effects of chemotherapy and/or babies in NICUs across the country and join our mission today.

Visit http://www.knotsofslove.org, where you'll find a how-to-get-started guide, 100+ free knit and crochet patterns, and hat starter kits if this is your first venture into fiber art!

Thank you for your consideration and kindness!

Mission Statement

Knots of Love is a non-profit organization. Our mission is to warm the hearts of people in need by knitting and crocheting beanies for people with a cancer diagnosis and blankets for babies in the ICU - for free!

Description

We distribute over 4,000 lovingly handmade creations each month to children, women, men, and veterans through our network of over 590 cancer treatment centers, infusion centers, hospitals, and oncology offices in all 50 states.

With the kind help of people like you, we have gifted over 600,000 handmade creations to people who need some love and warmth.

We hope for a day when our services will no longer be needed, but until then, we work tirelessly to distribute these gifts of love -- as a kindness to our recipients -- who continually tell us that our hats not only provide warmth as they go through treatment but more importantly, these gifts give them love.
