Foster care is needed for all types of cats & dogs; you must be able to provide secure housing, daily care, transport to some vet appointments and to bring your foster pet to events. With limited capacity at the shelter, HSforBC relies on foster care volunteers to house pets in need. Medical care for the pet is covered by HSforBC, and most supplies, including pet food can be provided to assist you in fostering.
