Volunteers are needed to help at our Mountain View donation center at varous times during the week. Shifts are 3 hours long. Please inquire to find out our current needs.
Volunteers assist with post donation needs by monitoring volunteer blood donors for signs of reactions in the canteen area, alerting nursing staff when needed and serving refreshments to aid in donor recovery. Volunteers spend time meeting and talking to our donors during this critical time.
Volunteers must be able to make people comfortable, be social and have the ability to make people comfortable.
Must be 16+
Background check required for 18+ years
Health clearance through our Workforce Health and Wellness is required
