"MAKE A FRIEND, CHANGE TWO LIVES."

Compeer Calling and E-Buddies/Texting Buddies are programs specifically dedicated to adults in the Compeer Program who are awaiting 1:1 (in-person) matches.

Just one phone call, e-mail, letter, or text per week can make a difference in someone's life and help prepare him or her for a 1:1 match. As with every Compeer match, volunteers are professionally trained and supported throughout their service. One of the easiest ways to make a meaningful impact, become a Compeer Caller or E-Buddy/Texting Buddy today!

Compeer Rochester uses community volunteers to provide guidance and support to individuals who are looking to improve their well-being as a supplement to mental health treatment.

For 50 years, we have helped people in our community who are isolated and lacking socialization, all through the power of 1:1 mentoring relationships.

Help us make the world less lonely! Check out our website here: https://www.compeerrochester.org/
