Help create a safe space and allow our students to see and experience the love of Christ. Hope Horizon East Palo Alto Is a Christian ministry and we offer spiritual programs to students in elementary, middle school, and high school.
Support K-8 students in their walk with God as they grow spiritually and emotionally. Mentors meet 1:1 with a student throughout the school year and provide a safe space for students to share.
Meet with student twice a month at Hope Horizon during the school year for 1-3 hours between 3-6pm. Program runs Monday-Thursday. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our Volunteer and Communications Manager via email: Volunteer@hopehorzionepa.org

The mission of Hope Horizon East Palo Alto is to equip east-of-Bayshore youth to grow spiritually, gain life skills and develop as leaders so that they have hope and a future.
Description
Hope Horizon serves youth in the East Palo Alto community, meeting practical and spiritual needs through leadership training, spiritual development and life skills application. HH programs continue to grow and effectively serve over 200 youth participants each year in small group settings with individualized attention. Our programs are open to any youth in East Palo Alto, regardless of disability, race, religion or ethnic origin.
