Role Overview

Well Read Sistas Inc. is seeking skilled and passionate photographers to volunteer their services during the Headshot Clinic & Resume Day. Your talent will help empower participants by providing them with professional-quality headshots that can enhance their personal and professional branding.

Responsibilities

• Set up your photography station, including lighting, backdrops, and camera equipment (limited equipment assistance may be provided).
• Capture professional headshots of attendees in a welcoming and efficient manner.
• Provide guidance to participants on posing to ensure they feel confident and comfortable.
• Collaborate with makeup artists and volunteers to ensure participants are camera-ready.
• Edit and deliver finalized headshots (if applicable) by an agreed deadline post-event.

Qualifications

• Experience with portrait or professional headshot photography.
• Ability to bring and operate your own photography equipment, including camera, lenses, and lighting (if possible).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive and encouraging atmosphere for participants.
• Ability to work efficiently and adhere to the event’s schedule.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality photographs to participants.
