Attention service-minded individuals looking for meaningful volunteer opportunities!
Community Markets Inc. invites anyone interested in feeding hungry families in our community with healthy WV-grown food and increasing access to locally grown food to come volunteer with us! Since 2021 , CMI has provided thousands of pounds of healthy and nutritious groceries from West Virginia Farmers to families in need within the Eastern Panhandle of WV and beyond. There’s something for everyone!
Do you have professional experience or credentials? Put it to use for nourishing your neighbor!
Volunteer opportunities include :
- Helping run the weekly St. Isidore Market
- Packing and distributing food at the monthly Food Box Giveaways
- driving food from farms to families, office help
- and much more!
