Our vision is to create a safe space where women can receive medical care, psychological support, job training, and educational resources. Through this comprehensive assistance, we strive to empower women to rebuild their lives and break the cycle of violence.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Google Ads Campaign Manager to help maximize our online visibility, increase donations, and engage supporters worldwide in funding the establishment and maintenance of the shelter in Southern Madagascar. This position is volunteer-based, and you will manage Google Ads campaigns with a $10,000 budget, promoting the project to raise essential resources. Time commitment is flexible, so you can adapt your involvement to your personal schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategy Development

    • Collaborate with the leadership team to define clear fundraising goals and target audiences.
    • Develop a Google Ads strategy aligned with the organization’s vision and financial objectives, with a focus on supporting women in Southern Madagascar.
  2. Campaign Creation & Management

    • Launch and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.) while effectively utilizing the $10,000 budget.
    • Conduct keyword research and write compelling ad copy to reach potential donors effectively.
    • Develop landing pages as needed, in coordination with the team or using existing website platforms.
  3. Optimization & Analysis

    • Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to achieve a high return on ad spend (ROAS) and strong conversion rates.
    • Analyze data and metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions) to make data-driven improvements.
    • Perform A/B testing of headlines, ad copy, visuals, and other creative elements.
  4. Budget Management

    • Leverage the Google Ads budget of $10,000 effectively to maximize exposure and donations.
    • Report on budget allocation and recommend adjustments to direct resources toward the most successful campaigns.
  5. Reporting & Collaboration

    • Provide regular performance reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and future recommendations.
    • Work closely with the fundraising, social media, and content teams to maintain consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
    • Stay updated on best practices, trends, and algorithm changes in Google Ads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: A successful track record managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube), preferably for nonprofit or social-impact projects.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions for continuous performance improvement.
  • Copywriting & Marketing Skills: Capable of creating persuasive ad copy that resonates emotionally and drives action.
  • Familiarity with Nonprofit Fundraising: Significant advantage if you have previous experience in managing donations or campaigns for social causes.
  • Organizational Ability: Aptitude for handling multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting targets and deadlines.

What We Do
IRC Africa empowers communities in southern Madagascar. We’ve provided sorghum seeds to hundreds of families facing drought, restoring their economic independence. We’ve enrolled 15 children in private schools for quality education, supported women in starting businesses, and funded vocational training to strengthen independence. By providing nutritional assistance, we address hunger and improve health, with a goal to eliminate food insecurity. Your support makes this possible. Join us-every donation counts!

  • Women’s Safety: Shelters and centers for victims of rape and violence will offer medical, emotional, and legal support, plus vocational training for economic independence. Our CEO is in Ambovombe, Madagascar, preparing to launch the women’s shelter project.
  • Entrepreneurship: Centers will provide training and support for small businesses, empowering women and improving employment.
  • Technology: A software house and tech campus will deliver IT training, develop AI solutions, and create jobs for women and youth.
  • Sustainability: We promote environmental education, sustainable agriculture, and clean water solutions to combat malnutrition and improve health.
