Join the volunteer team at Midtown Market Food Pantry and help those facing food insecurity in Cleveland. We are in need of volunteers to help with prep work including unloading large food deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning and inventory. Retail or pantry experience is helpful but not necessary. Must be able to lift 20 lbs. Training is provided during the first volunteer shift.

Description
Hunger Network has been working to end hunger and build a healthier community for over 25 years. As one of Cuyahoga County’s largest emergency food provider, Hunger Network continues to lead the way through innovation and with nontraditional approaches to serving our neighbors in need. With over 70 hunger centers throughout Cuyahoga County, we provide emergency food and hot meals to communities in need. In addition, through Food Rescue, we partner with over 75 food donors and 100 nonprofit recipients rescuing edible food that would otherwise go into the landfill. We work to bridge the gap between hunger and food waste and bring food access closer to those who need it.
