Location: 1630 West Olympic Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90015 - Free parking

We are looking for 5 enthusiastic volunteers to assist us during our Holiday Toy Giveaway, where we spread joy and holiday cheer to children in our community. This event is part of our case management time, and your role will be critical to its success!

Volunteer Responsibilities:

• Assist with intake forms for families participating in the giveaway.
• Lead children to pick up their food, toys, and gifts.
• Support with event setup, toy distribution, and cleanup.

Schedule for Volunteers:

• 8:30 AM: Orientation (mandatory, brief overview of roles and responsibilities).
• 8:45 AM - 9:45 AM: Set up
• 9:45 AM - 12:00 PM: Event assistance and distribution activities.
• 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Cleanup and closing.
• Order and timing of events may vary.

Requirements:

• Older than 21 years old.
• Must be patient, kind, and understanding, especially when interacting with children and individuals with varying needs.
• Comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual.

Since we are actively collecting toys and food, volunteers will only receive an email confirming event details once selected.

This is a wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact and brighten the holiday season for children and families in need.
