As a Volunteer Fundraising Initiatives Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our fundraising efforts. You will collaborate with our team to develop and execute creative fundraising campaigns, organize events, and engage with potential donors and sponsors. Your efforts will directly contribute to the sustainability and growth of our programs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate fundraising events, both virtual and in-person.
- Identify and engage potential donors and sponsors.
- Assist with grant writing and donor communications.
- Track and report on fundraising progress and outcomes.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- Passion for community service and social impact.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in fundraising, event planning, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creativity and a positive attitude!
