The New Mexico Ramp Project (NMRP) is looking for two enthusiastic and organized Volunteer Development Manager to join our team. In this volunteer role, you will play a key role in managing and supporting volunteers while ensuring that training programs are effectively developed and implemented. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and supporting coordinators within your department to ensure smooth operations and volunteer engagement.
• Reporting directly to the Executive Director, providing updates and recommendations on volunteer development.
• Managing volunteers within your department, fostering a positive and productive environment.
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive departmental plan to guide volunteer operations.
• Collaborating with the Training Manager to develop and sustain a training plan for the department.
• Developing and implementing an organization-wide volunteer training plan to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all teams.
