The New Mexico Ramp Project (NMRP) is looking for two dedicated and dynamic Training Managers to join our team. In this volunteer role, you will oversee the development and implementation of training programs to support staff, volunteers, and the broader organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reporting directly to the Executive Director and supporting the overall strategic direction.
- Managing volunteers within your department (if applicable) to ensure a productive and collaborative environment.
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive departmental plan to guide training initiatives.
- Creating and sustaining a training plan for the department to ensure continuous growth and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with other Managers to develop and maintain training materials for their respective departments.
- Providing training to Team Leaders to enhance their leadership skills.
- Training managers on corporate-level policies to ensure consistent implementation across the organization.
- Assisting with Board of Directors training to support their understanding of NMRP's mission and operations.
- Developing a project management course for high school and college-level students focused on the Ramp building process.
- This position may require travel to various locations as needed.

Mission Statement
The New Mexico Ramp Project is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit that provides free ramps for older adults and people with mobility issues across New Mexico. These are identified by local health care providers and organizations knowing the financial and medical condition of the individual. Volunteer labor is used to build the ramps. Ramps are built without regard to race, religion, ethnicity, age or gender.

Our vision is that no New Mexico resident with mobility issues shall lack safe access to their residence because of financial limitations.
