Location:

Mission Statement

Our mission is to collaborate with the STEAM industry and its partners to develop and provide STEAM PBL opportunities to under served communities.

Description

Since 2017, we've provided children and families with opportunities to explore STEAM education through project-based learning. We've had the opportunity to serve Central Florida and 3 countries. We've been able to collaborate with Orange County Public Schools, EA Sports,Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival, Zora Neale Hurston Festival of Arts and Humanities, Florida Association of Science Teachers, Seminole County Public Schools, Central Earth Day Festival, and the Florida Department of Education.

Our goal is to continue to gain collaborative partnerships with the STEAM industry to provide more access to STEAM project-based learning opportunities in under served communities. We like for individuals to volunteer with us who are interested in making an positive impact on the perceptions of STEAM careers pathways among under served communities.

We currently provide STEAM monthly workshops that involves providing information geared towards bringing awareness of the STEAM industry's trends and informal STEAM project-based learning. Most of our workshops also include hands on learning that families can take home so that they connect what they have learned to their interests. We also have an annual STEAM conference and plan to provide our first e Sports conference!
