Position Overview:
The Facilitator/Trainer delivers engaging, informative sessions that empower participants with skills and knowledge. Proficiency in Notion, Slack, and Canva will support the role in planning, communicating, and creating effective educational materials.
Responsibilities:
- Lead interactive training sessions, using approved program curriculum and materials.
- Use Slack to communicate with participants, share updates, and answer session-related questions.
- Adapt session content to accommodate various skill levels, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the Cohort Coordinator and Lead Coach to ensure training sessions align with broader program objectives.
- Gather feedback to improve training sessions and adjust approaches to participant needs.
Reports to: Program Director
Qualifications:
- Background in facilitation, training, or education with an emphasis on group engagement.
- Skilled in public speaking and interactive learning, with experience tailoring sessions to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Notion for session planning and resource organization, Slack for ongoing communication, and Canva for visual content creation.
- Passionate about supporting personal and professional development and fostering a dynamic learning experience.
- Must deliver the curriculum as currently designed, input welcome. :)
