JTB Hope Foundation is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to assist in the recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and training of volunteers locally . In this role, you'll work closely with the Executive Director to expand volunteer support and engagement for our programs and events .

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the site lead in recruiting and tracking volunteer hours.
- Onboard and train volunteers in their specific roles.
- Collaborate with the site lead to identify and fill critical volunteer roles.
- Recognize volunteers' contributions, ensuring proper documentation.
- Provide feedback on volunteer processes to improve effectiveness.
