We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Youth Engagement Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in fostering positive development and meaningful connections for youth ages 16-24.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in planning, developing, and implementing engaging programs and activities that meet the needs and interests of diverse youth populations.
· Facilitate workshops, discussions, and social events that promote positive youth development, and life skills acquisition.
· Build positive relationships with youth, creating a safe and inclusive space for them to connect, learn, and grow.
· Identify and connect youth with relevant resources and opportunities.
· Develop and maintain relationships with high schools/colleges/universities, community organizations, and other stakeholders to expand program reach and impact.
· Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of youth engagement programs.

Supporting literacy provides the foundational skills necessary for informed civic involvement. Through youth engagement, we nurture the next generation of leaders and activists who will drive positive change in their communities. By supporting health, we ensure that individuals can participate fully and effectively in civic activities.
