We collect year round for our Warm Hearts Warm Hugs program. The donations of warm items are provided to patients in January.
January is a cold month and Mission Hospice is looking for sewers to sew/knit/crochet/make, items for our patients on hospice. Mini Quilts, blankets, lap blankets, tie blankets, fleece, or wool scarves, mittens, and hats.
Anything to provide some warmth and care to people at end of life. Donations are welcome at our San Diego Office Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm.

- Volunteers that want to become part of the bereavement program Made with Memories would need additional requirements. Warm Heart Warm Hugs accept one time sewing donations or ongoing. The onboarding to become a hospice sewer is optional.
