Cancer Patient Lab supports people with advanced cancers who have reached, or are reaching, the end of standard of care. We provide education and access to advanced diagnostic services and support to identify new treatment pathways.
We are currently present on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, and have a small number of volunteers supporting these channels, but we'd like to expand our social media presence and have more frequent posts. We currently have over 100 learning sessions on YouTube and run these bi-weekly.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative person who wants to make a real difference to people living with cancer and their loved ones. If you can spare a minimum of 3-4 hours per week to help us reach more people with advanced cancer on social media, we'd love to hear from you!

Mission Statement
Cancer Patient Lab is a patient-led community that was founded with a mission to help advanced cancer patients and their caregivers. Our team provides you with the tools and resources you need to make informed decisions about your treatments. We believe that nobody should face cancer alone, and that's why we've created a platform where patients can connect with each other and with experts in the field. We help patients and caregivers avoid cancer journey pitfalls and adopt best practices by gathering and sharing data, especially experiences, across our community. We are constantly learning and applying that knowledge within our community. We're here to support you every step of the way.
Description
Cancer Patient Lab is a patient-led community that was founded with a mission to help advanced cancer patients and their caregivers find better solutions for their cancer treatments. We utilize crowd-sourcing to offer patients access to trusted best-in-class service providers. This puts patients at the center of their care and leverages the collective community to help patients find their best treatments. With the accelerating pace of life sciences and the limited time of healthcare professionals to solve complex problems, we know that yesterday’s diagnostics or treatments may not be best-in-class today. Patients need trusted partners who can offer the best that science has to offer.
