YOU Life Skills and Leadership Educational Foundation:
- Individuals from any economic or cultural environment can learn how to identify, speak, and write about what they value in themselves and others.
- Participants develop skills from exercises that help them find their identity and purpose by first identifying what inspires them about qualities in themselves. Then they start to see things they can acknowledge and honor in those around them. Finally they bring their newfound skills to people engage with in their community and the greater world.
- The confidence and positive feedback received due to the practical exercises assigned within the program helps bring out the leadership qualities inherent in all people, and inspires them to be their best at all times.
