Welcome to the Body Mind Spirits Mission!

My name is Spiros aka Sudarsana. I am a monk and a visionary working to make the world a better place, one person at a time and one step at a time.

We are preparing to relaunch our mission on all levels and are looking for volunteers who share our beliefs and inspiration to help improve the planet.

It doesn’t matter what skills or abilities you have - please drop us a line!

In your message, please introduce yourself by mentioning your name, where you're from, and some information about what you’ve been doing in your life. Also, tell us about your hobbies and interests.

Let us know what skills you have that could assist in the mission, and if possible, provide an idea of your career history. We are eager to empower your skills to accelerate the mission's development and achieve our higher purpose faster.

Please also provide your contact details such as mobile phone number, email, and any social media profiles or chat IDs.
We look forward to communicating with you shortly.

Sincerely,

Spiros aka Sudarsana

Mission Statement

The mission of Body Mind Spirit, founded by Spiros Tsiaousis/Sudarsana, is to uplift planetary consciousness and help people, one step at a time. As a monk, Spiros has been dedicated to this journey since childhood, aiming to uplift his soul and understand life's purpose. Over 45 years of dedication have shaped this mission to guide humanity towards their best selves. The Body Mind Spirit Mission aspires to be a place of shelter, support, and safety for its members and humanity. The plan involves creating global online and local communities, elevating individual and collective consciousness, and running webinars, training, and events to help people achieve their life purpose. Starting with physical events in Sydney, the goal is to raise $10 million for the first retreat, launch a charity for homeless rehabilitation, and establish centers worldwide. The mission aims to grow continuously for future generations and the planet's life.
