Join our team as an Operations Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflows across departments. You’ll manage scheduling, resources, and administrative tasks while helping to optimize processes and improve overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth operations and workflow.
  • Plan and schedule meetings, events, and activities.
  • Manage resources like personnel, equipment, and time efficiently.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as documentation and reporting.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, members, and volunteers.
  • Analyze data and create reports to improve operational performance.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus.

We offer skills development and employment opportunities that match their interests and focus on their holistic development.

Description

We train differently abled youth in vocational skills based on their interests and abilities. From our humble beginnings in 2012 with one training program, we
now offer multiple streams of vocational training programs and job placement services to differently abled youth.
