Serve as a point of contact to ensure that veterans and their families know how to get connected to the state and federal benefits and services they have earned through their military service.

Benefit coaches work onsite connecting veterans and their families to resources. Also recruiting an Outreach Specialist to work with partners and advisory groups to participate in veterans' events programs in the community

All volunteers will undergo a full background check, including Live Scan, paid for by the City of Corona.

Description

The City of Corona offers volunteer opportunities at many of its departments and facilities. Opportunities can currently be found at the Corona Public Library, Corona Senior Center, Community Center, Youth Sports and Kids Club after school programs. We offer a variety of skilled volunteer opportunities to make a meaningful contribution to programs, operations, fundraising events and other community engagement functions.
