This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting arts and cultural initiatives through strategic fundraising. The Professional Fundraiser provides essential assistance to the Business Development Officer and the festival's financial team to achieve and surpass funding goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in crafting persuasive grant applications and sponsorship proposals.
• Researching and identifying potential donors, grants, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Building relationships with local businesses and community organizations to secure financial support.
• Collaborating with the Executive Director to plan and execute fundraising campaigns.
• Maintaining organized records of fundraising efforts and donor interactions.
