ORGANIZATION: Heart to Heart Hospice

Heart to Heart Hospice of Southgate is looking for volunteers in the Northville and Plymouth areas that are interested in providing time and compassion to local hospice patients. The volunteer will spend 2x per month with an individual at their residence. The volunteer can engage in conversation, singing, reading, listening, or even providing caregiver relief for an hour.

Description

Our Southgate office is looking for volunteers both in the clerical/administrative and patient visit capacities. We have a growing office with a very friendly staff and are seeking those who wish to give of themselves but are prepared to recieve far more than they give. Patient visits are completed in homes, nursing facilities, and adult foster care. We are very flexible and will work around your availability.
