Do you love golf and want to make a difference for Alaskans? Over 8,500 Alaskans aged 65 and older are living with Alzheimer’s, and we need your help to raise awareness and support for critical research. Your passion for golf can inspire others to take action while doing something they love!

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers for a 12-week commitment to help the Alzheimer’s Association connect with golf enthusiasts, businesses, and leagues across Alaska.

EVENT AND GOAL:
On January 14th, we’re hosting a Nationwide Call to show how golfers can turn their passion into impact. Your role as a volunteer is essential in building a list of 100 people, businesses, or leagues to invite to this special event.

Here’s how you can help:

  • Weeks 1-4: Build a list of 100 individuals, businesses, or groups passionate about golf and eager to support Alzheimer’s awareness.
  • Weeks 5-8: Reach out to your list by phone, email, social media, or in-person meetings.
  • Weeks 9-12: Follow up to hear how the event went for them and share additional ways they can get involved.

This is a fantastic way to combine your love of golf with a meaningful cause while connecting with others in the community.

Ready to tee up for a great cause? Send us a message to get started!
