ReDefiners is seeking dedicated volunteers for our Multicultural and Language Festival at the Visitor Crist Community Center on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm.

This event showcases cultural performances, language activities, and community engagement promoting inclusiom and global citizenship. As a volunteer you will play a vital role in creating a memorable and impactful experience for all attendees.

Volunteers role and shifts:

These are some of the roles we have available for volunteers. All shifts hours are 4 hours in length that include combination of the roles below. The role start and end time depends on the following:

• Volunteer report in: by 9:00 am.
• Setup Crew: Assist in setup tables & chairs, and decorations.
• Traffic & Parking Guides: Help guiding traffic to parking areas, and maintain traffic flow.
• T-Shirts distribution: Hand out t-shirts to the first 100 registered attendees (10 am - 12 pm)
• Water Station and First Aid: Distribute water and provide basic assitance as needed.
• Performers Check-In: Help with checking performer in, preparation and naviggation for the stage.
• Bathroom Assistance: Ensure bathroom supplies are in stock.
• Event Guidance: Helping guests with directions and navigations to the event's program and activities.
• Trash Runners and Clean-Up Crew: Responsible of maintaing a clean venue by collelcting and disposing of trash throught the event. Ensure clean-up at the end of the event.
