Direct Correspondence with Female Inmates in Arkansas
Jeff's Second Family PenPal Ministry needs volunteers to correspond directly with female Inmates incarcerated in Arkansas using the Securus electronic inmate correspondence platform, or via the USPS.
Volunteers will need to set up a Securus account to correspond directly with these Arkansas Inmates and purchase E-Stamps (the cost is similar to the cost of a USPS stamp), or will need to use regular USPS stamps to send hard-copy letters to the Inmates at their prisons.
Here is a reminder about the expectations and spirit of our PenPal Ministry:
Letters written between Inmates and Volunteers should be CORDIAL, CONSIDERATE, AND RESPECTFUL. In the final analysis, a TRUE FRIENDSHIP with someone is A REAL TREASURE, AND IS MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than anything else. Your PenPal relationship will be one of mind and spirit connecting with the mind and spirit of another person."
If you have the time to correspond with one of these female Inmates, you can truly make a positive difference in her life.
To proceed, please send an e-mail to rholley58@aol.com
In the Subject line please include: "Jeff’s Second Family PenPal Ministry - Direct Correspondence with Female Inmates."
After we receive your email expressing your interest, we will send you a few Inmate INTRO letters to review so that you may decide which Inmate to select.
Thank you for your consideration.
Many Blessings,
Richard Holley
