We seek someone to work with our vice-chair to plan and execute a two 1/2-day board development retreat in Los Angeles, CA. The retreat will tentatively take place in February 2025.

This person will help with all aspects of the retreat, including pre-retreat preparation, retreat execution, and post-retreat follow-up.

With a focus on self and being, My Serenity Sanctuary is a self-care ecosystem and wellness community that offers programs and services designed to promote gender equity and address the unique challenges and opportunities for Black women and girls. It’s also a healing center that promotes a safe environment free of gender and racial bias. My Serenity Sanctuary programs are designed to empower and inspire Black women and girls to practice self-care through abundant resources, programs, and tools to help their physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.
