Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Mental Health and Wellness director in managing the operational aspects of healthcare programs, including strategic planning, budgeting, and partnership development.
Support the team in financial planning, budgeting, and tracking the financial resources allocated to healthcare programs for truck drivers.
Identify potential growth opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships for healthcare initiatives.
Assist in organizing fundraising campaigns and events (e.g., charity runs, auctions) to generate financial support for truck drivers facing health challenges.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of healthcare initiatives and business growth.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting the impact of healthcare programs and fundraising efforts.
