Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Mental Health and Wellness Director in the development and implementation of public health programs tailored to truck drivers, especially focused on managing chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, heart disease, obesity).
Conduct research on public health trends, disease patterns, and health disparities within the trucking community.
Help design and distribute educational resources and materials to raise awareness about health issues affecting truck drivers.
Collaborate in organizing workshops, seminars, and outreach events for truck drivers, focusing on health education and wellness.
Analyze data from public health initiatives and assist in preparing reports for stakeholders.
