About W.I.S.E. Foundation:
The W.I.S.E. Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering transitionally challenged women through our Wholistic Wealth Development Program. Our mission is to create opportunities for personal, professional, and community development, enabling women to achieve economic independence, emotional resilience, and long-term stability.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Product Manager to join our team and help drive the development and delivery of our hybrid Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital tools aimed at enhancing program delivery and participant outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the transformation of lives and communities by shaping innovative, impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development & Management: Oversee the lifecycle of W.I.S.E.’s LMS and other digital tools, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with program directors, educators, and participants to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet user needs.
- Project Management: Create timelines, manage resources, and track progress to ensure timely delivery of features and updates.
- User Experience & Design: Partner with designers and developers to optimize the LMS for accessibility, engagement, and impact.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and gather feedback to improve functionality and user experience.
- Performance Tracking: Develop metrics to assess the success of digital tools in achieving program objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience in product management, especially in educational technology or non-profit settings.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- A passion for W.I.S.E.’s mission and a commitment to empowering women.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, AI-based tools, or other educational technologies is a plus.
