Position Overview:

As our COO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Cavikas. Your leadership will guide our operational strategy, enhance organizational performance, and help us expand our reach to new communities. You will work closely with our executive team to bring the power of Tango to even more people, ensuring that we continue to deliver impactful, life-changing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Leadership & Strategy: Partner with the CEO to define and execute our long-term operational strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.
    • Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, optimizing processes for maximum efficiency and impact.
    • Team Development: Lead, motivate, and support our staff and volunteers, ensuring they have the resources and guidance they need to succeed.
    • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial sustainability to ensure that we continue to grow and thrive.
    • Community Engagement: Strengthen relationships with current and future participants, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Expansion: Drive initiatives to scale our programs, reaching more individuals in need of the healing power of Tango.

Who You Are:

    • Experienced: You have a proven track record in operations management, nonprofit leadership, or a related field, with experience scaling organizations.
    • Passionate: You are deeply committed to Cavikas' mission and believe in the transformative power of Tango to foster healing and connection.
    • Visionary: You bring strategic thinking and innovative ideas to solve challenges and grow our impact.
    • Empathetic: You have a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others and can connect with diverse communities, particularly those facing physical or emotional challenges.
    • Organized & Analytical: You have exceptional problem-solving skills, are data-driven, and can balance multiple priorities with ease.
