Yuvoice is looking for an experienced Chief of Staff to support the executive leadership team and ensure smooth, efficient operations across all departments. As a key member of our senior leadership, you will provide strategic guidance, streamline decision-making processes, and ensure the alignment of teams with organizational goals. Your role will be essential in driving productivity and supporting our commitment to creating a pro-democracy, community-driven platform.
What you’ll do:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment of operations with organizational goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness, helping senior leaders focus on core strategic activities.
- Manage executive priorities, timelines, and communications to ensure objectives are met in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the flow of information between teams and leadership to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Manage key projects, tracking progress, solving problems, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assist with internal and external communications, including board reports, executive presentations, and organizational updates.
Who you are:
- A strategic thinker with at least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership or operations role.
- A strong communicator who can manage multiple projects and priorities with ease.
- Able to navigate complex environments and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passionate about Yuvoice’s mission and values, and ready to make a meaningful impact on our work!
