Director of Algorithm
Lead our algorithms to success!
We are looking for a Director of Algorithm to lead the development and optimization of the core algorithms that drive the Yuvoice platform. As part of the Product team, you will work on shaping and executing the strategy for how we use data and algorithms to enhance user experience, content curation, and overall platform performance.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the development of advanced algorithms that drive key platform features.
- Oversee algorithm optimization for scalability, accuracy, and performance.
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate algorithms into the platform.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform algorithm improvements.
- Drive innovation in algorithm design and ensure that the platform continues to evolve to meet user needs.
Who you are:
- Experienced in algorithm design, machine learning, or data science.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of engineers and data scientists.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning models, and optimization techniques.
- Analytical and data-driven, with a keen eye for detail and performance metrics.
