Engage with volunteers and foster community!
We are seeking Engagement Officers to help us build and maintain relationships with our volunteers and supporters. You’ll be responsible for fostering a sense of community, ensuring that our volunteers feel valued, and providing them with the support they need to thrive in their roles.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain relationships with volunteers, ensuring they feel supported and engaged.
- Organize events, meet-ups, and initiatives that foster a sense of belonging within the Yuvoice community.
- Provide guidance and support to volunteers throughout their involvement with Yuvoice.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure volunteers are aligned with organizational goals.
- Track volunteer engagement and provide feedback on how to improve the experience.
Who you are:
- Passionate about working with people and creating a positive, supportive environment.
- Skilled in relationship-building and community engagement.
- Proactive and able to motivate others to stay engaged.
