Onboarding Officer
Welcome new voices to Yuvoice!
We’re looking for an Onboarding Officer to ensure that every new volunteer and employee has a smooth and engaging introduction to Yuvoice. You’ll guide them through our onboarding process, helping them feel supported, valued, and ready to make an impact.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires and volunteers, from initial welcome to integration into their roles.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure all onboarding materials and processes are up-to-date and efficient.
- Provide support and guidance to new team members during their first few weeks at Yuvoice.
- Ensure that new team members feel welcomed, included, and prepared to succeed.
- Track onboarding progress and gather feedback to improve the experience.
Who you are:
- Experienced in onboarding, HR, or people operations.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
- Passionate about creating positive and engaging experiences for new team members.
- Excellent communicator, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
