Content Librarian
Organize knowledge for a better future!
At Yuvoice, we’re looking for a Content Librarian to ensure that our internal knowledge and resources are easily accessible, organized, and preserved. You’ll manage the collection and curation of content, ensuring that our teams have the resources they need to drive our mission forward.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain a centralized content library that includes all internal resources, documents, and learning materials.
- Organize and catalog content based on themes, departments, and usage to ensure easy access.
- Work with team members across departments to gather, organize, and update content.
- Ensure that all content complies with Yuvoice’s information governance policies.
- Assist teams in retrieving relevant materials for training, projects, and initiatives.
Who you are:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Skilled in content management and information organization.
- Familiar with knowledge management tools and systems.
- Collaborative, with the ability to work across teams to gather and curate content.
