Cultural Competency Specialist

We are looking for several Cultural Competency Specialists based all over the world to help us foster a more inclusive and culturally competent environment at Yuvoice. This role will involve identifying and addressing cultural challenges within the workplace, providing guidance to teams on cultural nuances, and ensuring that our content and internal practices reflect the global community we serve.

What you’ll do:

Advise on best practices for cultural competency in content creation, team dynamics, and organizational initiatives.
Provide training and resources to help team members navigate cultural differences and foster inclusive communication.
Conduct research and assessments to identify areas for improvement in cultural competency.
Work closely with the People & Culture team to integrate cultural competence into recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Stay informed on global cultural trends and developments to ensure relevance and inclusivity.

Who you are:

Experienced in cross-cultural communication and global diversity practices.
Passionate about promoting inclusivity and cultural sensitivity in global teams.
Strong communicator with the ability to educate and mentor others on cultural competency.
Adaptable to working in a variety of cultural contexts and environments.
