The Achievement Group, Inc. in San Ramon Ca is seeking volunteers who can personally relate to overcoming emotional trauma, who understands and respect TAG's mission. Duties include working independently actively and effectively promoting TAG's products and services through various social media platforms by daily researching opportunities (youth, families, agencies) that TAG can offer resolutions:

  • Overcoming the negative effects of trauma
  • Struggling in school
  • Anger management
  • Violence prevention
  • Overcoming HIDDEN obstacles to success
  • Racial and social inequities
  • Creating happier relationships of all kinds at home, at school, and at work
  • Career advancement

Other activities can include: grant researching, blog creations, creating engaging content, interacting with potential clients and donors, and genuinely sharing positive experiences, spreading awareness of the great things TAG is doing for communities and potentially drive donors, often leveraging their existing online presence and community to authentically represent the company's (TAG's) missions. You'll also be paricipating in monthly meetings where you learn and tap into how being a part of something so crucial to everyone'sday and life success can also make a significant impact on how well you handle people and decisions moving forward. There's so much opportunity for growth In these meetings. Your significant contribution and successes are valued, recognized, and rewarded.

By filling the gap left by traditional education, TAG ensures that every youth we serve is ready to embrace life's challenges with grace and positivity. We educate for life, in every way that matters.

Description

TAG, understands that in order for the youth that we teach to succeed as an adult. We have to teach them early on about taking accountability, prioritizing, managing chores and financial responsibilities, etc. preparing them for real world challenges they would face as an adult.
We are working on meritable workshops to educate the youth on "Easier Ways to Emotional Mastery." T

Over the next 2 years, TAG will be working on getting its workshop programs in all schools within California and abroad, so that kids will continue to have education for life. We will recruit and train 2-5 youth per school as uniformed TAG ambassadors to be positive role models at their school and passing out TAG pamphlets to the struggling students who need to be reminded of how emotional mastery is important. We will also conduct yearly ceremonies to honor challenged students who have gone to TAG workshops and showed most improvement socially and academically. With you and TAG working together in a partnership we will be able to accomplish these goals.
