Zoo Ambassadors assist guests and enhance the guest experience, paving the way for guests to engage with our animals and our mission. Key tasks include greeting guests, helping guests with wayfinding, informing guests of amenities, and asssisting with special events. Being a Zoo Ambassador is a prerequiste to becoming a Docent at Oakland Zoo.
Zoo Ambassador applications for Spring 2025 are due on February 17, 2025.

Description
Docents and Volunteers inspire compassion for and conservation of all living things. The Docents and Volunteers work with staff to impart knowledge, serve as mentors, and create opportunities for people to be active learners.
