You are invited to join us to be stewards of the land in Glencarlyn on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 from 12-2 pm. We will be meeting at the Glencarlyn Library.
During this event, we will canvass the Glencarlyn neighborhood to distribute flyers promoting our Tree Canopy Equity Program and cleanup trash along the way. Treats will be provided! Please bring your own water and comfortable walking shoes.
This event will be supported by one of our Tree Ambassador team members, and will be capped at 40 volunteers.

EcoAction Arlington is a unique, local, grassroots environmental education and service organization that has served the Arlington community for decades.
We are a small nonprofit, whose mission is to educate, advocate, and act to create a sustainable community by improving our natural environment, encouraging environmentally-friendly behaviors, ensuring environmental justice, and addressing the climate crisis. We promote a greener community by effectively mobilizing our neighbors and business leaders to address issues such as addressing climate change, reducing habitat destruction, and protecting our natural resources.
Our focus on engaging local citizens in environmental stewardship and creating green lifestyles distinguishes EcoAction Arlington from other environmental education and service organizations.
